OR we are offering an ADVANCED nutrition method called out 21 Day Belly Blast Diet which delivers incredible results but also includes... cheat meals! 

 

Our AC Workouts:

Our Active Chicks workouts are designed to help you get maximum results in minimum time. 

The workouts are focused on tightening and toning where it counts, and eliminating that stubborn body fat that tends to take up residence in our thighs, butt, triceps, and stomach. As busy women we need to get max results with the time we have. 

- Access to all of our Boot Camp Classes for 3 weeks (In Person) 

- Access to 4x Online Workouts per week for 3 Weeks (Online) 

Accountability & Support:

We CARE about you getting the results that you want and we will go that extra mile to make SURE you stay on track with the program.

​You will have access to our online Facebook group for all members, where you’ll be able to talk to other women working towards the same goals and dealing with similar struggles.

Before & After Measurements:

We will measure you so you can track your progress in the 3 weeks!
