1. Click below to download and complete the exercise waiver in the boot camp guide attached and send back via email (send to before your first session, or you can print and bring along with you. There is also a copy of our timetable and a nutrition guide.

2. NO joining fees or contracts, but we do require for 3 weeks written notice of intention to leave. 

Click on the appropriate membership to start your weekly payments. Your payment will be taken every 7 days while you are a current member.

3. Book in for your Classes. 

We also utilise a class booking system. Here are the instructions for you. 

We post a reminder every sunday to book in. You can book up to an hour before the class. If you won't know until less than an hour before, just send me a text or FB message to let me know you are coming. 

If you want to cancel a class, please do so in the app OR send me a message for courtesy.

-enter your log in details 
-you can book in for a couple weeks in advance. 
-if you cannot make your class booking please cancel in the app. 
-bookings are compulsory each week
