Mums N Bubs Program

We aren't about getting your "body back" we want you to embrace and love your new one. To build strength from the inside out.

Our Mum's N Bubs program is back for 2021 and operating in 8 week terms during school. 

Classes are Mondays 930-1015 am (strength & core  based) and Wednesday's 915-1015am (hiit and booty based) 

You also have access to 1 online class per week to complete at home. 

What is involved?

Simply pick 1 of 3 options for 8 weeks that is best suited to you. 

Children are welcome of any age, and we train alongside them. Yes it can be done! 

We also include a food plan, templates, free ebooks and our online group for further resources. 

Women of any age and fitness level welcome, as well as pregnant women with doctor permission. 

 

What are the classes like?

Our mums n bubs classes are designed to help you get maximum results in minimum time. 

You are tired, you are running on no sleep, and you have limited time. 

The workouts are focused on tightening and toning where it counts, and eliminating that stubborn body fat that tends to take up residence in our thighs, butt, triceps, and stomach. Options for low impact are always offered. 

Accountability & Support:

We CARE about you getting the results that you want and we will go that extra mile to make SURE you stay on track with the program.

​You will have access to our online Facebook group for all members, where you’ll be able to talk to other women working towards the same goals and dealing with similar struggles.
