4 Weeks of Mums N Bubs Classes:
Our mums n bubs classes are designed to help you get maximum results in minimum time.
You are tired, you are running on no sleep, and you have limited time.
The workouts are focused on tightening and toning where it counts, and eliminating that stubborn body fat that tends to take up residence in our thighs, butt, triceps, and stomach. As busy women we need to get max results with the time we have.
Accountability & Support:
We CARE about you getting the results that you want and we will go that extra mile to make SURE you stay on track with the program.
You will have access to our online Facebook group for all members, where you’ll be able to talk to other women working towards the same goals and dealing with similar struggles.

We train Wednesdays and Fridays at 930am, at Underwood Park.
