Active Chicks Virtual and Outdoor Winter Program 

Hi, I'm Dani and I help women transform their bodies and lives to help them become a more confident, fitter, healthier, and stronger version of themselves!

As a mother of 5, I understand the juggle.

I have to train at home all the time and have done so for years.

 

In between school drop offs, activities, sports trainings and then just the mum life stuff!

My children are aged 16, 14 (twins) 7 and 3. So we are all over the shop. BUT, I make it work.

 

I need to be in good health to manage this all with minimal meltdowns. 

AND I love to help women like me to do the same. 

Covid Restrictions changed how we ran our business...

We had to take it completely virtual while restrictions were on. And now being winter, our members have enjoyed the convenience of logging onto our Live Zoom classes, or doing the replay in a time that suits them best. 

Active Chicks is Virtual/In Person 

We have taken our timetable online with live classes on the timetable so we can still stay together as a community, check in with our clients and see each others faces. 

We also currently have 3 sessions per week at Underwood Park if you need Face To Face. 

For the ladies who cannot make the classes live, we offer the replays so it can be done at any time of the day. 

What Do I Need? 

 

You will need a yoga mat, a set of dumbbells between 3-6kg and a booty band. If you do not have dumbbells you can improvise with household items. 

Our Workout Types are: 

-Hiit                     (interval training) 

-Tone                  (strength training)

-Booty Core       (strength training and mat work) 

-Tone/Stretch   (strength training and flexibility) 

-Boxing              (You will need pads, gloves, and a partner. OR you can follow along with a pair of 1kg weights and shadow box) 

-Yoga                  (strength and flexibility, mat work) 

Plus bonuses, foam rolling guide, food plans, mindset training and warm up videos.
