We have entered a time we have never encountered before. 

It feels scary, unpredictable and our mental health will be challenged. 

I promote health and fitness mainly due to benefits to our wellbeing and mental health. 

  • Because I workout, I am able to deal with my crazy life as a mum to 5 very busy kids. 

  • ​Because I workout, I feel calmer, have more energy and build strength mentally and physically. 

  • ​Because I workout, I know I am giving myself some love and care each day. 

  • ​AND because I workout, I feel capable in my life. 

Active Chicks is Virtual 

We have taken our timetable online with live classes on the timetable so we can still stay together as a community, check in with our clients and see each others faces. 

For the ladies who cannot make the classes live, we offer the replays so it can be done at any time of the day. 

We also offer 3x workouts per week if you only have a short amount of time and cannot follow a class. 

What Do I Need? 

 

You will need a yoga mat, a set of dumbbells between 3-6kg and a booty band. If you do not have dumbbells you can improvise with household items. 

Our 3 Workout Types are: 

-Hiit                     (interval training) 

-Tone                  (strength training)

-Booty Core       (strength training and mat work) 

-Tone/Stretch   (strength training and flexibility) 

-Boxing              (You will need pads, gloves, and a partner. OR you can follow along with a pair of 1kg weights and shadow box) 

-Yoga                  (strength and flexibility, mat work) 

Plus bonuses, foam rolling guide, food plans, mindset training and warm up videos.

Hi, I'm Dani and I help women transform their bodies and lives to help them become a more confident, fitter, healthier, and stronger version of themselves!

As a mother of 5, I understand the juggle.

I have to train at home all the time and have done so for years.

 

In between school drop offs, activities, sports trainings and then just the mum life stuff!

My children are aged 16, 14 (twins) 7 and 3. So we are all over the shop. BUT, I make it work.

 

I need to be in good health to manage this all with minimal meltdowns. 

AND I love to help women like me to do the same.
